OVERVIEW
This website is operated by ADORNOS FINE JEWELRY. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, “our”, “company” refer to ADORNOS FINE JEWELRY. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our service and agree to be bound by the following terms, conditions and policies stated here. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing and purchasing from our website. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service, it is your due responsibility of check the Terms of Service whenever purchasing or accessing our website.
SECTION 1
Consumer Data Privacy
As mandated by the Republic Act No. 10173 also known as the “Data Privacy Act”, all information, data or processes generated, obtained and collected from the client shall be solely for the purpose of executing any and all contractual transactions with the Company and shall not be retained, divulged, distributed or reproduced for any other purpose other than the transactions made with the Company, or henceforth consented upon.

Product pricing
Our prices are subject to change without prior notice.
SECTION 3
Payment and Delivery
All on hand items on website shall be paid in full via our payment channels and will be given a timeframe when the item is expected to be delivered.
For all custom-made items, we will be requiring at least fifty (50%) percent down payment and remaining balance shall be settled upon completion of your jewelry and prior to delivery commencement.
All custom-made items have a production lead time of 14-18 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), depending on the complexity of the designs. Adornos Jewelry will always try its best to meet these estimated lead time.
Delivery can be made thru LBC with insurance or Lalamove/Grab Express, all at customer’s expense.
In the event client declines the insurance coverage, Adornos Jewelry will not be liable for any loss during parcel transit.
Same day deliveries will be made anytime within the day. Kindly ensure that someone is available to receive the package, otherwise let us know ASAP so we can re-arrange delivery.
LBC delivery may take 1-2 business days for Metro Manila and Luzon, 3-6 business days for Visayas and Mindanao, 5-7 business days for Luzon Island (Marinduque, Masbate, Mindoro, Catanduanes).

Note: Shipping fees at customer’s expense. Shipping delays caused by third party courier are out of our control.
SECTION 4
Return, Exchange, Cancellation and Modification
We value customer satisfaction and quality of items. Upon completion of delivery, the customer shall inspect the items immediately. We do not accept returns and exchange. However, we can make some modifications to your jewelry to the best of our abilities. We will allow returns only within 7 days of receiving your order for modification and resizing only, provided that items are still in merchantable, unused and in the same condition as you received it and with its original packaging.
We value the efforts and hard work of our skilled artisans. Strictly no cancellation allowed upon payment/down payment is made. Once payment/down payment is made, orders are considered final. Due to this, ensure that you are completely sure with your orders.
We accept modification to your submitted orders as long as it has not been processed yet.
All items undergo thorough quality check prior to dispatching. In the event that defect/damaged is detected, it can be exchanged within 3 business days upon receipt of the item.

SECTION 5
Resizing
We follow US standard ring size. Please ensure that ring size is correct upon check out. We offer a one time complimentary resizing for one (1) size up and one (1) size down only, a fee shall be collected if more than 1 size up or down.

SECTION 6
Uniqueness
All our goldsmith are skilled artisans in this field. Since all jewelries are carefully handmade, please bear in mind that each piece is unique and no two items are exactly alike. Hence slight variation in shape, texture and grain are inherent in a handmade item.
SECTIONS 7
Warranty
Our warranty is up to fifteen (15) days upon receipt of your order. Coverage includes simple repair, stone re-setting and re-polishing.
Once the warranty expires, we can still repair your jewelries for a minimum service fee depending on the damage.
